This project has been commissioned by a reputable EdTech company that specialises in interactive classroom technology and assists brick-and-mortar educational institutions with OPS/AI-driven virtual schooling systems. They have revolutionized the world of online examinations with their secure examination portals and educational institutional management systems for schools and colleges as well as universities with specialised remote teaching solutions.

This reputed Edtech company is all about functionality and were they simply missing out on that aspect of functionality without a proper working app that could be used by school admins as well as teachers and students/ parents for multiple purposes. That is where we come into the picture to help them on this beautiful cause.

The Challenge
The challenge therefore was to create a unified app with sign-in functionality that could be utilised by students,teachers and school admins for a variety of tasks. We had to create an app that could support online examinations and classes, take care of attendance and help in the creation of class routines and much more. We had to do that in the form of a very intuitive and simple-to-use app with a very user-friendly interface.
The Solution
Thus, the school management app was created as the solution. This is a simple-to-operate multi-dashboard school management app that can accommodate the school admins, parents, teachers and students. There are three categories of users and they can login respectively to access each of their features. The students can join classes and attend exams, provide attendance and also download report cards, submit fees etc. The teacher can create classes and conduct online classes and attendance with location tracking and conduct student-teacher meetings and much more. The school admins can basically run the entire operations of the school from the app.

The online exam portal can be accessed by all three types of accounts with the teacher and the principal account being able to set the parameters of the exam. The app will let you create exams and monitor the ongoing examination process as well as asses the exam right from the app and publish results. The results can be then converted/added to the report card and manually or automatically sent to the student accounts. The app lets you create an unlimited number of exams for an infinite number of students.
School Management System
The principal and other school administrators can run all important operations of the school right from the app from the assessment of admission applications of new students to the approval or decline of teacher leave applications and much more. The Homely School app school management system allows for GPS-enabled attendance monitoring and student fee management. In addition to that, the school management system can also accommodate e-libraries with localised and online cloud servers and much more.
