While we are under NDA to not mention the name but this is a premium hospitality brand with some of the finest off-plan properties, holiday homes, commercial properties, studio flats, apartments, villas & penthouses (1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK) for rent. People can book these properties for their vacation in as they provide comprehensive hospitality services to their guests which includes everything from chefs to housekeeping, security to safaris and even concierge services, tour packages and much more.

Background

This reputable hospitality brand has been at the forefront of villas for rent for decades but they always operated with the help of their website and through traditional channels like phone calls and emails. The only thing they were lacking was an integrated app that could be utilised by their admins as well as their guests for every kind of perceivable need such as villa and add-on services bookings as well as the booking of tours and recreational activities, VR villa tours and much more.

Challenge

The challenge therefore was to create a unified villa booking application that could be used by guests to look at different properties and book these properties and even book add-on services. We also had to make sure this app would work as a property management portal used by the company admins to keep track of bookings as well as accept bookings and monitor multiple variables about the properties.Therefore, the challenge was a single app with the option to log in as guests and admins for booking management.

The Solution

The solution that we came up with is a very user-friendly app with multi-login functionality where guests can utilise the app to look at property listings and company admins can login with their employee credentials to manage property bookings. The app lets guests look at VR tours of properties and book them and also book add-on services. Guests can also book properties in the form of comprehensive tour packages which includes everything from the property bookings to chauffeurs and chefs and much more.

The app allows the company team and their property managers to accept property bookings and manage property bookings as well as coordinate check-ins and check-outs. The admin team can also accept everything from housekeeping requests to any add-on service requests right from the app. Guests can simply utilise the app for everything from ordering food to requesting drivers which the admin team can then accept and proceed.

VR Property Tours

Since the renowned hospitality company only had the requirement for a single app, we also added the functionality for virtual property tours right into the app. Guests do not need to create any kind of account for property browsing as they can simply download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, select a location/enable location services and start looking at the properties and their pictures and videos and VR tours. They can then proceed to create an account and begin their amazing stay.
