MyReminders by Think To Share IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. was born out of the necessity to create a truly smart universal reminder app and service that could be utilized by everyone from students to professionals as well as senior citizens for all their urgent tasks. However, we did not create it for the public in the first place. It was simply created as a way for our TTS team members including the various development teams to keep track of different tasks and it was strictly an operational need atThink ToShare. The feedback from this internal app was so good that we initially started limited runs with our clients and they loved it so much that they recommended it should be made available to the general public. That is how MyReminders was conceived

Background

As an AI and cloud engineering and IT services company, we need to deal with a lot of tasks in our everyday functioning with varying levels of priority. These tasks are paramount to our services and that is why missing out on these tasks is simply not an option. That is why the only appropriate solution was using a universal reminder app that was capable of task categorization and prioritization with additional functionalities of automatic call reminders as well as text message reminders and push notifications. We also needed that reminder app to be able to understand the behavior patterns of our employees so that some degree of reminder setting automation could be achieved.

However,we simply could not find any kind of smart app like that which actually met our needs. That led us to create the solution ourselves rather than finding the solution which was simply non-existent.

The Challenge

The challenge therefore was to create a very simple-to-use app that could be operated by anyone and not just software developers. This app would need to have the option for setting reminder categories for different kinds of reminders along with the option for multiple-user sign-in. Additionally, we had to make sure this app would let the user set priority levels of the task reminders with the lowest level being push notifications by default, the medium level of priority being push notifications, WhatsApp notifications as well as text messages and the highest priority adding the option of automated AI generated call reminders.

Apart from that, we also had to make sure this app would be able to recognize the behavior patterns of the users so that reminder-setting suggestions could be sent out to the users making it much easier for them to set reminders if they have to do it multiple times.Therefore, the challenge was to create a universal smart reminder app that would be capable of understanding the needs of different kinds of people and helping them with their most important tasks.

MyReminders was the solution, available on Google PlayStore and iOS AppStore. This smart reminder app is the only reminder app you will ever need whether it is for reminding your child to get up early for exams or your father to take his medicines.

As a part of the solution, the MyReminders app interface is very simple to use and we have deliberately kept it like that because this app is used by everyone from our senior citizens to our youngest users like school students. The interface is minimal and focused which allows you to keep track of all the important options all in a single place with an easy-to-view reminder list. The app is designed to be very easy on your phone and it can even run on a 10-year-old smartphone.

MyReminders is used by everyone from professionals to people who only use this app for their personal lives to other people who utilize this app for their business team members and it is only possible because this app has been created with versatility in mind.
